The Joliet City Center Partnership will be hosting the 2023 Salsa Fest to kick off the Joliet Taco Trail. The Taco Trail is organized by Heritage Corridor Destinations and the Joliet City Center Partnership to highlight restaurants in the City Center Special Service Area (www.jolietccp.com/dining). In addition to having amazing Mexican food and salsa tastings, Salsa Fest will have bilingual DJ entertainment, Salsa dancers, a Margarita truck, and a live band.
