Participation in Kidzfest as a vendor is FREE as long as your booth provides some type of fun, interactive, or educational activity for children and their families to enjoy . Contact Vicki (info below) to brainstorm ideas if necessary. If you are a vendor with items for sale, or you will not be providing entertainment at your booth, you will be charged a $300 vendor fee.
All vendors that provide an activity or food are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Joliet City Center Partnership, LLC and the City of Joliet as additional insureds. This information must be provided prior to the event in order to reserve your spot at Kidzfest.
Downtown Joliet Restaurants: If you are providing food items, a Will County Health Department Permit is REQUIRED. In order to avoid a late fee, all Health Department permits must be obtained no later than 1 week prior to the event. Joliet City Center Partnership will pay for the cost of Will County Health Department fees to participate in this event.
